Telethia has been involved in the real estate industry since 2005 in various roles.  With degrees in International Trade/Finance and Economics, she is well versed to help clients understand the nuances of home ownership and market trends.  Her personal experience with buying and refinancing her first home led her to want to obtain as much knowledge about the real estate and mortgage industry to help others make well informed decisions about one of the greatest things in life – home ownership. She has also worked as a loan officer, investor and a REALTOR working with buyers and sellers.  Her extensive knowledge of the short sale and foreclosure process through her time managing REO portfolios for Freddie Mac has also helped her in understanding market valuations, negotiating based upon the market and client expectations.

She has the desire to help people achieve their dream of home ownership as well as helping people build their retirement portfolio through buying investment properties whether to keep as rentals or to rehab and flip.
